No Returns on Cigars
All sales of cigars are final. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for cigars under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products for all customers.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a cigar that is damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you. If the item is confirmed to be flawed upon return, a full refund will be processed.
Refund Process
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

* We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
* Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
